What does MESSD actually do?

MESSD builds software and smart systems for businesses in Egypt and the Gulf. In practice that means four things: AI assistants and automation, digital transformation of manual processes, custom web, mobile and desktop software, and IoT systems that connect physical operations to software. We are an engineering company, not a marketing agency.

How much does a project cost?

It depends entirely on scope, so we do not publish a price list that would be wrong for most people. What we do instead is agree the scope and a fixed price in writing before any work begins, so there is no open meter. The free consultation is where we work out whether the project is worth doing at all.

How long does a project take?

A focused automation or website is typically a few weeks. A full business system is measured in months. We build in visible increments with working software at each stage, so you are never waiting in silence for a single delivery at the end.

Do you work with small businesses, or only large organisations?

Both. Much of the highest-return work we do is for small and medium businesses, clinics and retailers where a single manual process is quietly costing real money every month. Size matters far less than whether there is a clear problem worth solving.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. The code, the data and the accounts are yours, documented and handed over properly. Nothing is held hostage to keep you renewing, and you are free to take the system to another team at any point.

Do you work in Arabic?

Yes. We work in Arabic and English throughout, we build systems that handle Arabic content and right-to-left interfaces properly, and we treat WhatsApp as a first-class channel because that is how business is actually done here.

Where is MESSD based, and do you work remotely?

We are based in Cairo, Egypt, and work with organisations across Egypt and the Gulf. Projects run remotely by default, with meetings on WhatsApp, phone or Google Meet, and in-person meetings in Cairo when they help.
